I titled this painting, 'The Chorus Line' because the trees reminded me of dancers, lined up on a spotlit stage and I thought that their twisted branches and roots, mimic the actions of performers. I used a limited palette, concentrating on the interplay of warm light and shadows. A perfect painting for nature lovers, to bring the outdoors inside.
