Reflective Shards is a fantasy/abstract illustration. I enjoyed using a variety of mediums and simply allowed the work to evolve, drawing on intuition and my overpowering urge to emulate nature, even in the most abstract manner. Visually, I feel the piece looks like floating shards of glass, reflecting nature, perhaps snippets of memories of past travels.
